Serice Stenftenagel
Owner
With nearly 25 years in the construction industry, Serice directs daily office operations such as human resources, accounting, and organizes safety trainings. Serice also coordinates all necessary paperwork for projects to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Serice is actively involved in our community, she serves as a member of the Jasper Economic Development Commission and as an Ambassador for the Jasper Chamber. She is also an active member of the Dubois County Builders Association as well as the Moose Lodge 1175.
Serice is the proud mother of two children, Nicolette (husband Keith) Vogler and Devin Stenftenagel. When Serice is not working, she enjoys cooking with her three granddaughters, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family

Steve Stenftenagel
Owner
Steve started Little Si’s Construction in 1996. After years of working for other construction companies, Steve decided to take the leap of starting his own.
As owner, Steve is responsible for the overall operations of the business. Steve’s love for running heavy equipment is a large part of his business responsibilities along with project management, estimating, implementing new job site plans, and fulfilling commitments to customers and our community.
When Steve is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and most of all eating ice cream with his three granddaughters.
Devin Stenftenagel
Operator
Devin’s passion for excavation and entrepreneurship is the driving force behind playing an active role in the family business as an operator. His workmanship, adaptability, and strong knowledge of construction helps deliver quality and efficiency on the job site.
Devin’s responsibilities include working directly with customers, contractors, and other field personnel to deliver what the customer wants every time. He assists with estimating, implementing new job site plans, scheduling and marketing.
When Devin is not working you will find him working on his custom built trucks or boating.
Nicolette Vogler
Marketing
Nicolette currently assists with marketing and advertising along with occasional bookkeeping support. She is responsible for the company’s online web and signage presence. With a background in communication studies she is continuously working to improve business communications within the company to increase productivity.
In Nicolette’s spare time she enjoys camping, flower gardening and leisurely drives with her husband, Keith. Nicolette is the proud mom of three girls Sloan, Presley and Beckette.
